Build without a team according to AI: Lovable, Zapier, Wix and Lindy
Key findings
- Lovable was named in 100% of AI app builder answers and first in 80%. Bolt (96%), Replit (92%) and v0 (90%) were named almost as often and first in 8%, 4% and 0%.
- Zapier, n8n and Make were named in 98% to 100% of automation answers. Zapier was first in 70%, Make 16%, n8n 14%.
- Wix leads website builders at 96% and 74% first. Hostinger was named in 76% and first in 2%; Framer in 56% and first in 16%. Google's Gemini 3.5 Flash and Claude Sonnet 5 most-named Hostinger.
- AI agent builders is the least settled category in the Index: Lindy 66%, n8n 58%, Zapier 58%, Gumloop 48%, Relevance AI 46%. Providers split four ways and no vendor was first in more than 18%.
- Vapi was never named for agent builders; Dorik never for website builders; Latenode never for automation; Rocket and Create never for app builders.
Lovable is named first in 80% of AI app builder answers. Bolt, Replit and v0 are each named in 90% or more of the same answers and picked first in 8%, 4% and 0%. It is the widest gap between a leader and a fully-mentioned field anywhere in the Index. At the other end, AI agent builders has no leader at all.

All ten models agree. v0, Vercel’s builder, is named in 45 of 50 answers and recommended in zero. Lovable’s own site was the top cited vendor domain at 69 citations. YouTube was the top source overall at 171 citations. Rocket and Create were never named.
Automation platforms
Zapier 100% and 70%. n8n 100% and 14%. Make 98% and 16%. Workato 52% and 0%. Power Automate 38%. Gumloop 24%. Three products in every answer; Zapier is the pick in 35 of 50. n8n’s open-source positioning gets it on every list and into 7 firsts. Zapier’s own site drew 64 citations, the top vendor domain. Latenode was never named.
AI website builders
Wix 96% and 74%. Hostinger 76% and 2%. Squarespace 70% and 4%. Framer 56% and 16%. Shopify 54% and 0%. Durable 48%. Eight of ten models most-named Wix; Claude Sonnet 5 and Gemini 3.5 Flash most-named Hostinger. Framer is the design-led challenger with the second most firsts. Dorik was never named.

No vendor is named in two thirds of answers and none is first in a fifth. The providers split four ways on most-named: Anthropic and Perplexity said Lindy, GPT-5.6 Terra and Gemini 3.5 Flash said Zapier, GPT-5.6 Sol said n8n, GPT-5.6 Luna said Voiceflow. Twenty vendors were named at least once, the joint-most of any category. Vapi was never named.
What the field shows
Two categories have a default the models reach for without hesitation: Lovable for apps, Zapier for automation. One has an incumbent that AI-native challengers have not displaced: Wix. One is open: agent builders, where the models do not agree on what the category is, let alone who leads it. The automation platforms (n8n, Zapier) appear inside the agent-builder answers, which suggests the models see agents as the next version of workflows.
What this means for a vendor
In app builders and automation, the answer is settled and a challenger needs a specific, repeated reason to be picked over Lovable or Zapier. In agent builders, the category is still being named; the vendor that gets the models to file the category under its definition wins the next twelve months of answers.
Limitations
Fifty answers per category. Agent-builder prompts are the newest in the panel and their vendor list was extended most after the run. One edition.
