Subscriptions

If you subscribe, we send your email address to Resend for the Memetik Index mailing list. We also record the subscription in the private Searchmaxxed CRM sheet when that connection is available. We use your address to send the briefing. You can unsubscribe from an email or write to hello@memetik.ai.

Website analytics

Vercel hosts this site and may retain standard request and security logs. On eligible public pages visited from Australia, we use Microsoft Clarity to study clicks, scrolling and limited session recordings so we can improve the site. The subscription and privacy pages are excluded. We also exclude page addresses with query parameters or fragments. Clarity may receive page addresses, device information and interactions. Strict masking prevents page text and form entries from being readable in recordings. We signal denied advertising and analytics storage consent and disable Clarity cookies; this limits the recordings. Browser privacy settings can block the script.

Microsoft is an independent controller. Its Privacy Statement explains its use of information, which can include product improvement and advertising. Its terms also allow some non-personal data to support AI model development. Clarity data may be stored in the United States. Ordinary recordings are retained for up to 30 days; some saved recordings and heatmap data may be retained longer. We do not send subscriber email addresses to Clarity.
