What these counts cannot tell you

The counts record which products AI answers name. They say nothing about which product is better, more reliable or better value. Being named also differs from being recommended, because an answer can name a product only to warn against it. No prompt mentioned Linktree or Stan, so the models were never asked to choose between these two. This comparison reads their category answers side by side.

Each model answered each prompt once, in English, through its API. Consumer chat apps can answer differently. The counts are one dated snapshot. Product names are matched as text, with Stan Store counted as Stan. Citation counts reflect only the citations returned in the recorded API responses, and coverage varies by model.
