HubSpot is the category default in the recorded answers. All ten models name it in all five of their answers, and HubSpot is the leader for each model. Its first-place count is 32 against Close’s 1. The ten models come from four families. OpenAI and Anthropic supply three models each (15 answers per family). Google and Perplexity supply two each (10 answers per family). The counts measure presence in AI answers. They say nothing about uptime, support, pricing fairness or fit with a particular stack. Being named differs from being recommended, because an answer can list a product to warn against it. Each model answered each question once, so a single answer can move a count. The data is one dated snapshot from the 2026-09 edition. Names are matched as strings. Close is counted only under its product aliases, such as “Close CRM” and “Close.com”, because the plain word appears in ordinary sentences. Answers came through the models’ APIs, which can differ from the consumer chat apps. All five prompts are in English.
