## What Retell is

Retell is a platform for teams and call centres that build, deploy and manage AI voice agents for automated phone calls. Its agents can handle inbound calls, outbound campaigns, web interactions and SMS workflows.

Teams design call flows on a drag-and-drop canvas, adding functions, integrations, call transfers, DTMF, SMS and custom logic.
