## What Bing is

Bing is an add-on API feature for users of selected Microsoft products, including Azure AI Foundry and Azure AI Search. It provides AI models with real-time web data and supports agents answering user queries with current information.

It can be used as a resource or tool in Azure AI Foundry, or as a Web Knowledge Source in Azure AI Search and Foundry Knowledge. Agents search the web for information needed to answer a query, and outputs include citations to consulted publishers. The custom-search plan lets users choose a subset of public web pages for real-time results.

Pricing: Grounding with Bing Search and Grounding with Bing Custom Search cost $14 per 1,000 transactions.
