## What Augment is

Augment Code provides Cosmos and Auggie, software agents for engineering teams and organisations running software-development workflows. It is intended for teams that need agents to support work across planning, execution and review.

Cosmos runs fleets of agents across the software-development lifecycle. Those agents can start from pull requests, alerts, schedules and webhooks. Auggie runs context-aware agents in a terminal, where they can plan, execute and review work. It can also run single-shot tasks in CI pipelines, serverless functions and cron jobs.
